Illustrator of children's books ,
and comics colorist, Francesca lives and works in Florence where
she was born in 1976.
After she has been graduated in Film and Theater Scenography, at the Accademia di belle Arti in Florence ( Academy of fine arts), she has studied for three years Comics Arts at International School of Comics in Florence.
Upon graduation she has began working as a freelance in some studies of graphic design and advertising
On 2001 realized, the first children's books for Giunti publishers , "The Silver Shoes. " by M.Mapes Dodge.
In the last years she has worked on a comics colorist for the Studio LitoMilano for Disney comics: "Donald Duck" ,"Doubleduck", "Uncle Scrooge", "Ultraheros", "Chip & Dale", "Fairies "," Witch ", and the Mattel Barbie Magazine.
She is currently an illustrator for children's books for RL Publishing ,for which she produced these titles:
